The Challenge
NRI was expanding and opening a new research facility.
NRI needed new computers, internet access, phone system, phone lines, alarm system, and cameras.
They also needed to plan for connectivity at the desktops, between facilities and for remote devices.
NRI had an in-house person for day-today IT support. However, he did not have experience required to plan, coordinate, and integrate technology for the new facility.
Results
MBSG IT consultants provided planning, design, technical support and project management. On a designated Tuesday, NRI staff came to work, with all new equipment and IT infrastructure in place.

The Project

- Develop technical specifications, overall plan and budget
- Solicit quotes from equipment vendors and service providers
- Lead coordination meetings with all service providers-- including phones, A/C, electrician, and security
- Supervise all phases of preparation and deployment
